We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Gravesend branch, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase branch sales and achieve targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of internal sales staff and branch assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and meet service level targets.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a management role within a wholesale environment.

  • Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a consistent eye for detail.
