We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Leader to join our team at Thrive Homes. As Head of Corporate Governance, Risk & Audit, you will be responsible for delivering a robust, efficient, and professional service that aligns with the company's objective of being a well-governed organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in governance or legal roles, with high-level written and verbal communication skills, including accurate report and minute writing on complex issues. They will also possess demonstrable experience of applying a governance or legal qualification into practice and have a clear sense of probity, judgment, and emotional intelligence.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £70,000 and £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including annual leave, buy or sell annual leave, pension contributions, discretionary bonus, life assurance, health cash plan, virtual GP service, wellbeing reward scheme, and engagement activities aimed at building team morale and supporting physical and mental health.
