The Opportunity

We are expanding our London showrooms and seeking experienced sales associates to join our team of tailoring experts. As a sales associate, you will work alongside experienced team members to help customers design and create bespoke garments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in fashion retail, preferably in menswear or luxury
  • Previous made-to-measure experience is highly desirable
  • Sales-oriented personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead a team during high-energy situations
  • Professional, businesslike, polite, and mature demeanor
