We are seeking a talented Staffing Consultant to join our in-house Recruitment Team at Micheldever Tyre Services. As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent across various disciplines for our Central teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, excellent networking skills, and a strong understanding of social media recruiting. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28K + Bonus + Benefits, along with a range of benefits that include a finder's fee, life insurance, pension, and more.

About the Role:

  • This is a hybrid role that requires 1-2 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home.
  • You will be responsible for managing the candidate and hiring manager journey, ensuring an exceptional experience for both parties.

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar discipline.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.
