IT Infrastructure Professional Sought

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Technician to join our team at Senitor Associates Ltd and provide technical support to external clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with diverse IT experience to develop their skills and advance their careers. Previous experience within an MSP would be beneficial.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing a broad spectrum of IT-related issues.

Responsibilities:
  1. Configure and install new equipment
  2. Assist with internal project implementation
  3. Manage tickets and provide updates to clients
  4. Troubleshoot and diagnose IT-related issues
Requirements:
  1. Windows Operating System and Windows Server
  2. Active Directory
  3. Office 365, including SharePoint, Entra, Intune and general applications
  4. Networking skills including TCP/IP and working with Firewalls
  5. Basic understanding of PowerShell

Annual Salary: £31,500

We require an individual with 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
