Job Title: Deputy Manager
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Slug And Lettuce George Street. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies and plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests, and promote a positive image of the business
Requirements:
- 18 years or older, as the role involves the sale of alcohol
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
