The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of The Three Swallows pub, ensuring it remains a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
Key Accountabilities- To manage the pub's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- To lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- To maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- A proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
