Aquaculture SpecialistNSF is seeking a highly skilled Aquaculture Specialist to conduct on-site assessments and summarize audit findings in the UK.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of aquaculture farms to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Summarize and evaluate audit findings, and submit reports in a timely manner.
- Communicate findings and results of audits with client site management or appropriate representatives.
- Develop effective work plans for the completion of assigned audits within a determined timeframe.
Qualifications
- At least five years' experience in agriculture/aquaculture roles and knowledge of animal welfare throughout the supply chain.
- An HND or degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture, or related discipline.
- An ISO lead assessor qualification, HACCP qualification, and Poultry/Animal Welfare Officer qualifications.
- Knowledge of farms assurance schemes and animal welfare legislation.
- The ability to communicate with and engage with the farming community and colleagues in a confident and patient manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm, energy, a keen eye for detail, and a passion to improve standards.
- Ability to manage conflict and difficult situations.
- Ability to manage own time and meet strict deadlines.
- A flexible approach.
- Respect for individual and Company confidentiality rights.
- Full UK driving license.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
