Female Support Worker for West Kirby Young Adult

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Female Support Worker for a 15-year-old young lady with cerebral palsy.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good sense of humour, and a bubbly personality with lots of empathy and kindness.
As a Female Support Worker, you will be committed to making a positive impact in the young lady's life, creating strong relationships with her and her family, meeting her needs, and always prioritizing her best interests.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the young lady at school and at home during non-term time
- Encouraging her to achieve her full potential and participate in activities she enjoys
- Assisting with daily tasks and providing emotional support when needed
- A variety of shifts to suit your lifestyle, including weekdays and term-time only
- National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions and shadow shifts
