Transformation Programme Lead

As a Transformation Programme Manager at BT Group, you will be accountable for the outcomes of each project/initiative in your portfolio. You will own and deliver the change needed to realise value and benefit from the outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead virtual teams within projects
  • Act as a Transformation spokesperson across Architecture
  • Liaise with Directors and Senior stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Own the creation of the 'case for change' for initiatives in your portfolio
  • Some line management where necessary

Requirements:

  • Agile and/or Programme/Project Management experience
  • Programme management of culture and business change in a technology context
  • Stakeholder management at all levels, comfortable operating at Director and Managing Director level on a regular basis
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Budget management of projects and programmes
  • Growth Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and being outside your comfort zone
  • Proactive and resilient with excellent communication skills
  • Leadership abilities to bring diverse groups of people together to reach a common goal
