About the Role:Portfolio Payroll is seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk Specialist to join our team. This role involves full-cycle payroll processing, including experience with unions and collective agreements, terminations, onboarding, month-end, year-end, garnishments, and responding to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Full-cycle payroll processing
- Experience with unions - multiple collective agreements
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Responding to employee inquiries promptly
- Collaboration with HR and Accounting teams
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy times
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with union negotiations
- Multiprovincial experience
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
