Job Description

Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing caseloads covering credit control and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise refund requests to ensure timely returns of funds to clients
  • Perform comprehensive credit control tasks
  • Partner with the Broking department to manage debtors
  • Handle unallocated funds
  • Facilitate premium finance loans for clients
  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
  • Liaise with the Broking ledger control team for funding requests
  • Support the client money and statutory audit
  • Ensure the accurate allocation of client money and insurer settlements

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Industry experience is not essential but preferred
  • Qualified or Part Qualified AAT is advantageous
  • Experience and reliability are highly valued
