Cost Management Expert Wanted for Brandon James Ltd
Brandon James Ltd, a leading quantity surveying consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their cost management team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering pre-contract and post-contract services to clients across various sectors, including heritage, new build residential, commercial, and education projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver cost management services to clients, including budgeting, estimating, and cost control.
- Work closely with the Associate Director to deliver projects from inception to completion.
- Mentor junior quantity surveyors and take on larger projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the quantity surveying team and the company's overall strategy.
Requirements:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree.
- Preferably MRICS.
- A successful track record of delivering projects.
- Experience of running projects from inception to completion.
- Strong communication and team player skills.
- UK cost management/consultancy experience.
