Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and other professionals

  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of children and young people are met
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support service, responding to the changing needs of children and young people
Requirements
