ESG Officer

CMS Distribution Ltd is seeking an ESG Officer to provide support with administration, research, and presentations to Senior Directors and the wider business. The ideal candidate will have a background in environmental science or sustainability and a minimum of 2 years' office administrator experience.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the collection, organisation, and analysis of ESG data to meet global reporting needs.
- Support the Carbon Footprinting exercise at CMS, from sourcing energy bills and business activity to communication of results.
- Coordinating meetings with key members from the finance and warehouse team to gather data.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering information from many functions across the business, understanding competing priorities, and building relationships across departments. Travel to other CMS locations may be required.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and health insurance.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' office administrator experience from an ESG background.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
