About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Training Program Developer - HSE to join our team and develop high-quality training programs for our clients in the Teeside area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training and be able to design and deliver engaging training sessions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a training needs analysis for all levels of personnel.
  • Train subcontractors' trainers on our project's HSE training modules.
  • Create a training schedule based on manpower and work activity planned each month or week.
  • Communicate training schedules to clients in advance.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of HSE training.
  • Control, verify, and approve training materials prepared by subcontractors.
  • Audit subcontractors to verify training facilities, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Ensure the entire workforce is competent to carry out their activities after completing training.
