As a Hotel Duty Manager at Mint People, you will play a pivotal role in upholding exceptional personal service standards. Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that every guest receives a high level of service, addressing and resolving guest issues with professionalism.
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function seamlessly and efficiently.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff, providing leadership and guidance to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Assist with financial management tasks, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure the hotel operates within its financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.
- Collaborate with the hotel manager and other senior staff to develop strategies for improving service delivery and operational efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
- Proven experience working in luxury or Michelin star hotel environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of high standards.
- A commitment to delivering unparalleled guest service, with a focus on creating unique and memorable experiences for each guest.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve excellence in every aspect of hotel operations.
- Competence in managing daily operations while also contributing to strategic planning and implementation of processes that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Understanding of financial reports and budgeting, with the ability to assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
