Job Overview

This Maintenance and Operations Technician Apprentice opportunity offers a unique chance to work with us at Milton Keynes Waste Recovery Park. You will be responsible for managing electrical systems and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical System Oversight: Manage electrical systems, focusing on control and instrumentation.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure electrical assets meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Software Deployment: Implement and test software modules, including SCADA systems.

You will also have the opportunity to pursue a Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician qualification through Milton Keynes College.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: 3 GCSEs at grades 4-9 including mathematics, English, and science, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Prior Experience: A keen interest in electrical engineering and environmental sustainability.

Salary Range: £28,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our salary structure reflects your skills and contributions to our team.
