Fletchers Solicitors is seeking a skilled Cost Draftsperson to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and management of detailed costs budgets and bills of costs.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage detailed costs budgets and bills of costs
- Review and respond to opponent's points of dispute
- Prepare costs estimates and schedules
- Manage daily workloads and achieve service level agreements
- Ensure high-quality work and timely delivery
- Proven experience in drafting bills of costs and costs budgets
- Experience with Proclaim and Cost Master
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- 35 hours working week
- Bonus scheme (subject to targets being met)
- 35 days holiday a year, including bank holidays and Christmas Closure
