About the Role
The Sales Forecaster will play a critical role in analyzing business performance and identifying trends and opportunities. This position will report to the Sr Sales Manager and be based in our UK office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing colleagues to co-plan meetings and analyze sales performance.
- Attend S&OP cycle meetings and articulate root-cause understanding of sales performance and the forward forecast.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to create the most-likely and best-possible POS and sales forecast.
- Maintain and update the right information and parameters in the forecasting tool (Anaplan).
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in a forecasting-related role.
- Ability to convert data insights to business recommendations.
- Exceptional problem solving & analytical ability.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across functions and countries.
