Geography Educator Position

Protocol Education seeks an enthusiastic and dynamic Geography educator to join our dedicated team. As a Geography educator, you will be responsible for teaching Geography across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that captivate students' interest.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Geography educator to join our team. The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver high-quality Geography lessons consistently across KS3-KS4, and have the capacity to deliver Geography at A Level in the future.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to promote active learning and critical thinking.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through involvement in extracurricular activities, school events, and pastoral care.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Geography or a related field.
  • A passion for Geography and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to teach across different age groups and abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • The desire to contribute positively to the school community and uphold its values and ethos.
