About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior LLM Engineer to join our small team at Oliver Bernard, a VC-backed start-up specializing in conversational artificial intelligence (AI).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training open-source LLMs and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and fine-tune open-source LLMs to meet the needs of our conversational AI systems
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LLM architecture and its applications in conversational AI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into our conversational AI platforms
  • Design and implement datasets for LLM training, ensuring high-quality and relevance
Requirements
  • Strong academic background in computer science or a related field
  • Proven experience with Python and its applications in LLM training and development
  • Excellent understanding of LLM architecture and its applications in conversational AI
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team
