Job Title: Experienced Nurse Required for Appoint Healthcare
About Us: At Appoint Healthcare, we value compassion, dedication, and expertise in healthcare professionals. Our care home is registered for 40 residents, catering for vulnerable elderly adults living with conditions such as Dementia and complex care.
Job Description: As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) at Appoint Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing direct patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their individual care needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality direct patient care, including administering medication, performing clinical procedures, and responding to emergency situations.
- Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain your professional knowledge and skills.
Benefits and Salary: We offer a competitive salary of up to £49,200 per annum, paid in hourly bands starting from £21.53 p/h. In addition, we provide free meals, ongoing personal development plans, company pension scheme, friendly working environment, and enhanced DBS checks.
