  • Oversee the planning and execution of engineering activities, including the development of medium to large components or systems as part of significant projects.
  • Perform engineering work requiring full competency in all conventional aspects, making independent evaluations, selections, and adaptations of standard engineering techniques and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot tasks related to product problems and oversee design testing and evaluation, ensuring technical work meets specified requirements.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation associated with engineering activities, including CAD designs and project documentation.
  • Manage testing procedures for assigned projects and contribute to the development of corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, good business practices, and company procedures.
  • Actively participate in and promote Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and proactively support CAPA, NCR & PMRA activities.
