Contract Management and Cost Control Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of our client's projects. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing internal Cost/Value Reports, managing subcontract and material Procurement Schedules, and administering subcontractor/supplier accounts. If you have a solid background in commercial and contractual aspects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and make a meaningful contribution to our client's success.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses. Please note that salaries can vary based on individual performance and company budgets.
