Do you have what it takes to become a Lead Flood Risk Specialist? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Lead Flood Risk Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of engineering studies and calculations, and overseeing projects from outline to detailed civil engineering designs.

About the Role:
  • A Civil Engineering Degree.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering both project and technical presentations.
  • Commercial awareness and a proven ability to work as a project manager under the NEC.
  • At least five years relevant industry experience undertaking civil engineering design as well as the supervision of others.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for representing the company in project technical meetings, supervising the work of less experienced colleagues, and providing technical and professional guidance to aid their development.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development through our accredited training schemes with CIWEM and ICE.
