Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide risk-related advice and support to stakeholders from all Business Units and corporate functions across Standard Bank Offshore.
  • Conduct ongoing and retrospective monitoring of all AML-related matters and related risks within the business.
  • Undertake Jersey client reviews (Individual, Corporate and Trust) for all risk categories (Special, High, Medium and Low).
  • Conduct trigger reviews and ongoing monitoring of client transactions and source of funds as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Risk Management.
  • Significant experience in risk, governance and compliance management in the financial services industry with a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and operational risk matters.
  • Previous financial services experience, preferably in a Risk, AML or Compliance related role.
