Restaurant Manager Opportunity

Our client, a 4-star hotel and spa in East Sussex, is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead their food and beverage team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for driving service excellence, developing and training staff, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
