Are you looking to develop your career in Construction, more specifically Quantity Surveying? We are seeking a motivated Trainee Quantity Surveyor to support our team and gain valuable hands-on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a seasoned Commercial Manager on the full life cycle of projects across the country. You will also work on other aspects of the projects, i.e., construction processes and delivery phases, to gain an overall knowledge of the project.

  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager on various fit-out projects.
  • Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for ongoing projects.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather cost data and ensure project efficiency.
  • Help to manage project budgets and contribute to financial decision-making.
  • Assist with post-contract activities such as valuations and final account preparation.
