Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Treasury Finance team at Nationwide. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading aspects of our financial and regulatory reporting, implementing improvements, and supporting projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation and review of key aspects of our monthly reporting and analysis, collaborating with colleagues to understand the commercial drivers behind the numbers.
- Develop and improve the way we do things, including ongoing continuous improvement activity and supporting key projects to develop our functionality for the future.
- Build relationships across the team, representing Treasury Finance where needed, and support junior colleagues with their own career development.
- Work closely with the Treasury function to provide insight and information, as well as supporting new transactions and product development.
You may have an accounting qualification, but this is not essential if you have significant career experience gained within a finance industry reporting environment. We are looking for someone with advanced IT skills, including Excel, and experience of working within a treasury or financial reporting environment in industry.
