Care Practitioner Afternoons

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Practitioner to join our team at Longridge Hall, a warm and welcoming residential care home located in Longridge.

About the Role

As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional person-centered care to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities, while also offering emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in required training to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and daily activities
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Encourage residents to engage in activities that reflect their hobbies and preferences
  • Uphold high standards within the care home environment
  • Collaborate with the team to meet residents' needs
