Vision Support Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join Specsavers as a Vision Support Assistant in Newport, Shropshire. The role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality eyecare products.

As a Vision Support Assistant, you will be responsible for dispensing lenses, taking accurate measurements and supporting patients with collections to ensure a perfect fit and comfort. You will also contribute to a successful retail team, maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispensing of lenses, including single vision, bi-focal, and varifocal options
  • Taking accurate measurements and supporting patients with collections to ensure a perfect fit and comfort
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service standards, contributing to a successful retail team
Requirements:
  • Previous optical experience is essential for this role
  • Ability to work weekends and contribute to the success of the store

Compensation:

The salary for this role will be commensurate with experience, estimated to be around £24,000 - £29,000 per annum.
