Job Title: Credit Controller

Fintech Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team in Elgin, Moray. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the credit control function to ensure timely collections of outstanding debts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors
  • Handle customer queries regarding invoices and accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity
  • Prepare regular reports on credit control performance for senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a credit controller, telesales or similar role
  • Strong understanding of credit control processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Candidates should be based locally to Elgin and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
