Clean Water Project Lead

Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage design projects from outline to construction, ensuring client expectations are met and financial approvals are secured.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of design engineers, overseeing design outputs and specialist external design resources as required.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and agree on fee proposals, programmes, and resource management to ensure timely delivery.
- Site Visits: Carry out site visits to gather information, ensuring design development aligns with client requirements.
- Technical Reviews: Review and approve technical reports, designs, and drawings to ensure compliance with client standards and regulations.
- Design Meetings: Arrange and chair design meetings to review proposals and progress, addressing buildability, commissioning, and other critical issues.
Estimated Salary: £80,000 per annum based on industry standards and location
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in clean water design.
- Qualifications: BTEC HNC/HND in an engineering field as a minimum, with EUSR water hygiene card.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with AutoCAD design skills a plus.
- Personality: Strong communication and organisation skills, with attention to detail.
