Job Title: Engineering Department Manager

The role of the Engineering Department Manager is a vital part of ensuring the reliability and performance of equipment on site. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for prioritizing and delivering day-to-day KPIs. This includes maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving equipment reliability, as well as assisting in the planning and delivery of engineering activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team within an engineering or manufacturing environment, with a strong electrical bias background. They should also be familiar with working on production equipment, including filling lines, conveyors, packaging lines, autoclaves, tablet presses, granulators, WFI, and heat sterilizers. Previous experience in managing, coaching, and developing colleagues is beneficial. A strong communicator with the ability to plan and organize is essential for this role.
