About the Role:

OH Medical Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our clinical team, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality Occupational Health services.
  2. Regularly assess service standards to guarantee high-quality delivery and alignment with contractual agreements.
  3. Act autonomously as the clinical lead, delivering treatment and Occupational Health services.
  4. Conduct, review, and document regular clinical competency assessments.
  5. Ensure all staff are appropriately qualified, inducted, and trained to deliver a quality service.
  6. Analyse and present monthly management information and key performance indicator data to commercial and operational teams.
  7. Assist in coordinating and promoting wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
  2. On Part 3 of the specialist register for Occupational Health.
  3. Previous experience providing clinical leadership to a multi-disciplinary team.
