What We Offer- A competitive basic salary of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
- £50,000+ per year complete on-target earnings
- Three months of supplementary payments to support you while you build your pipeline, followed by a 'business builder' scheme
- An uncapped commission scheme

As a Spicerhaart Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area. You will make decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, develop business contacts with local constituencies, and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions. You will oversee the instructions to completion, utilizing the support of a nearby hub office with sales negotiators, sales progression, and admin staff.
RequirementsWe are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of estate agency experience who are eager to take on the challenge of running their own area in an employed environment. You will have the flexibility of working from home as well as in an office environment, with exceptional opportunities for promotion and career development.
