Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at Luci. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating stunning desserts that delight our guests. You will lead the pastry station, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and coordinating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present a wide range of pastries, desserts, and confections, ensuring each creation meets our high standards of quality, creativity, and flavor.
- Lead the pastry station, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and coordinating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Mentor and train junior pastry chefs, sharing techniques and best practices while fostering a collaborative, positive work environment and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
