Job Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team at Worthy Down. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our convenience store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Operate the till system and manage stock levels to ensure accurate inventory and minimize waste.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Champion new ideas and initiatives to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and cost control strategies to drive business growth.
