Decorative Artisan

At ESM Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team in 2025. This role will involve working on the finishing department, where you will be responsible for preparing and decorating exhibition stands. Our work is painted and prepped in-house, but we also assist with installations and breakdowns throughout the UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have experience in decoration, including filling and preparing surfaces, protection and wrapping, hard filling and sanding, priming and top coating of surfaces. You should also have good physical fitness and be open to overtime, as well as willing to travel and work at venues across the UK and Europe.

If you have experience in paint spraying, coating operator, paint operator, finisher, or paint finisher, you may also be considered for this role.
