Operational Coordinator

Liberty is seeking a highly motivated Operational Coordinator to join our team. As an Operational Coordinator, you will be responsible for prioritising and scheduling backfill and reinstatement tasks, rescheduling jobs that fall out of programme, and managing contract requirements for various jobs.
The estimated salary for this role is £24,960, plus excellent benefits.
You will also be handling calls, scheduling a range of works, validating each job to ensure required information is available, and managing customer and client relationships.
In addition, you will be ensuring all regulatory information is updated and logged in real time with status updates on the internal system, and providing an efficient and flexible response to operational issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good level of education, previous call handling/scheduling experience, and ability to operate a computerised database system.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong analytical skills are also essential.
