About the Role

This is a quality-focused, customer-facing role working at our customer site in Eynsham within the small Goods-In team. The role is part of the larger supply chain operation based at our Head Office in Didcot Quarter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safe loading and unloading of vehicles, avoiding damage to persons, stock, or equipment.
  • Check delivered materials against paperwork to ensure correct material has been delivered in the correct quantity.
  • Process materials accurately and move to the correct factory location in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring utmost care is taken, that the required scanning activity is carried out, correct documentation is attached, and no damage occurs.
  • Ensure that pallets, transport frames, and other returns are efficiently collected from the factory line, with correct documentation and scanning.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy workplace.
  • Ensure that relevant information is passed to the Goods in office, to ensure that non-routine duties are accurately documented.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues onsite and at HQ to ensure that all important information is shared and any issues arising in the workplace can be quickly resolved.

About You

We are looking for a successful track record of working in a warehouse or logistics environment or demonstrable relevant skills and experience.

Excellent customer focus and attention to detail are essential, as is a full UK/EU/EEA driving license. Experience of using forklifts and other MHE, whether with in-house or external license, is desirable.

An ability to understand verbal instructions and documentation written in the English language, and the ability to communicate with clarity in English, is a requirement for this role.
