As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Export Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain & Export Coordinator is responsible for managing the smooth and efficient processing of domestic and international orders. This includes order input, preparing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and liaising with internal teams and external customers to ensure that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The successful candidate will liaise with internal teams, customers, and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth and timely exports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Management:
    Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and prompt order entry.
  2. Export Coordination:
    Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any other customs requirements. Liaise with warehouse, freight forwarders, and hauliers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of international shipments.
  3. Customer Communication:
    Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order and delivery queries.
  4. Inventory Management:
    Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure inventory levels are aligned with customer orders.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    Identify areas for process improvements in the order and export process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work with the Head of Logistics & Supply Chain to stay updated on changes in export regulations and ensure the company's procedures remain compliant.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in order processing, export coordination, or supply chain coordination, ideally in a food or FMCG environment.
  2. Strong understanding of international shipping and customs regulations.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with order management or ERP systems.

Desirable:

  1. Knowledge of food industry regulations and standards.

Working Conditions:

Full-time, Monday to Friday. Office-based.
