About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agricultural Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at Interpersonnel Uk Limited. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the service department to coordinate the availability of parts for repairs and maintenance.
  • Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct products and parts for agricultural and garden machinery.
  • Proactively identify customers' spare parts requirements both in-store and via phone/email.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, both in-store and via phone/email.
  • Handle parts enquiries and process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain an organised and well-stocked parts department.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and manage stock levels.
  • Follow up on shortages and damages and flag issues with the depot Parts Manager.
  • Help prepare and maintain merchandise displays within the showroom.
  • Assist in the annual stock take programme.
  • Participate in the organisation and running of shows with garden machinery equipment.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of agricultural machinery and parts is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate. Experience in using parts management systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexible approach to work.
