Job Title: Regional Director
Job Summary:
Bridge Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional Director to join one of our clients, a reputable Facilities service provider delivering exceptional standards to clients across the UK. As Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the services provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigations and Quality Management: Conduct thorough investigations as requested by senior management, utilizing your analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Quality Management System (QMS): Implement and maintain the QMS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and conducting regular audits to ensure effectiveness.
- Financial Management: Meet budgetary targets, monitor financial plans, and control direct costs to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Strategic Planning: Set key objectives, develop tactical plans, and monitor expenditure and income to drive business growth.
- Human Resources: Oversee the recruitment process, ensure accurate wage sheets, and conduct staff appraisals and grievances as necessary.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with the company's Health and Safety policies and procedures, and promote a safe working environment.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, estimate and secure new business, and expand the revenue base.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Facilities management industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
