About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at RECRUITMENTiQ. As a valued member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a 57-year-old individual with Acquired Brain Injury (A.B.I.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring a balanced and nutritious diet
- Participate in physical therapy sessions, promoting mobility and independence
- Accompany the client to social events and activities, fostering a sense of community and connection
- Contribute to the upkeep of the client's home, maintaining a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, patience, and a compassionate nature
