Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality systems and supplier quality efforts within our organization. As a Quality Systems Engineer Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality systems, including ISO 9001:2015 documentation.
  • Conduct audits and evaluations to assess process effectiveness.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to address quality-related issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements.
  • Lead training sessions on quality systems and procedures.

Essential Skills:

  • BS in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of improving quality and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
