About Us

Wise is a FinTech company that moves billions of GBP of customer money in over 70 countries. As a leader in the financial services industry, we require timely, accurate and scalable financial data to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of analysts who will be responsible for curating datasets, surfacing metrics, statistical modelling, and deeper dive analysis to influence the direction of the team and the company.
  2. Help us understand what's driving our growth by developing and implementing effective data strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and delivery.
Requirements
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Data visualisation and storytelling ability.
  • Python/R programming skills.
  • Understanding of statistics and statistical modelling (measures of central tendency, variance, testing, regression modelling).
  • Data modelling in a warehouse context.
  • Understanding of testing and experimental design.

  • An estimated salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per year.
