We are seeking a Behaviour Support Professional to join our team at Prospero Teaching. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and consistency to students in need of support
  • Work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support
  • Use your experience in behaviour management to make a difference in an educational setting

Requirements:

  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Have an enhanced DBS certificate
  • Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with students

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a minimum rate of pay of GBP95+ per day. The working hours are 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. We are a dedicated and inclusive school where every child's individual needs are supported to ensure they reach their full potential.
