We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Support Worker to lead a small team of Support Workers in the Blaina / Brynmawr area. As a Senior Mental Health Coach, you will be responsible for providing staff support and supervisions, helping to plan and manage shift rotas, and assisting in the transition of service users into the programme and out into the community.

You will work closely with outside agencies, including mental health teams, medical professionals, police, and Crisis, to provide a comprehensive support service. A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care is essential, and experience leading a team in a support or social care environment is highly desirable.
